Welcome to Lessons From the Shelter. My name is Jordan and I will be running this blog which will discuss all things dogs, life and the pursuit of kindness. I volunteer at Alberta Animal Rescue Society (AARCS) here in Calgary, Alberta and every trip to the shelter brings a new found love for a dog, laughter and many life lessons.
